Very good experience there. Well priced and newly renovated accommodation with ideal setting very close to the sky train and the express boats, a huge shopping centre and Sathorn pier for river boats. Attentive staff, exceptional services, including a good choice of local delicacies. The pool area is clean too.

Great value for money and convenient location near a major conference venue. The rooms were comfortable, albeit a bit dated. The deluxe room we stayed in was spacious and had a separate shower and bath. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was served early, which was convenient. The neighborhood was quiet at night and there were many restaurant choices nearby.
The gym was small and hot, but had decent equipment. This was particularly disappointing for our child who couldn't enjoy swimming on hot days.

Family room with breakfast. Easy to get to, particularly good location adjacent to Bangrak market where there is a plenty of street food options as well as metro and river taxi. Also, to pier or MRT: D

Great location near the river and BTS station. We were able to easily explore Bangkok and visit the temples by boat. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the hotel room was spacious and comfortable. we had a pleasant stay at Bossotel Bangkok.

The friendliness of the staff has to take priority. Also enjoyed the breakfasts very much. Other points of interest are its closeness to Saphan Taksin station as well as the Chao Phraya river

The hotel served excellent breakfasts with a wide choice. Meals and drinks were reasonably priced and good quality.
It was not possible to adjust the air con in the bedroom so it was either ON and freezing or off and stifling. We were also a little concerned that some of the staircases just ...stopped. There was an external fire escape but no means of walking to/ from the bedroom.

The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to shopping places, massages, the river, and transportation options. It's just a short walk to both the ferry and sky train stations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, making it a perfect choice for families. The staff provides good service, and the basic amenities are adequate.
The breakfast options could be improved.

The breakfast was fine.
The room was awful because it was infested with ants, but the hotel did not do anything about it. I have traveled to 20 countries this year and this is the worst place I have stayed. In fact it is the worst place I have ever stayed.

The breakfast and other meals we had at the hotel were very nice; the hotel is within a short walk to the skyrail station which enables access to shopping malls. Internet was available for a reasonable price in their 'business centre'. Massages provided in the hotel were good and competively priced. The rooms were comfortable and the air-con worked well.
the hotel is currently being renovated so there was some construction noise but it wasn't too disruptive. the room we had on the 6th floor was in good condition but the hallways were showing their age with water stains and dull paint.

Transportation was so convenient. The hotel’s location allowed me to reach different places quickly, either by foot or skytrain. Moreover, there were numerous restaurants and shops nearby, which made my stay even more pleasant. I found the hotel facilities clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The room size is too small comparing to what i see from the hotel introduction. Also, the toilet doesn't have a bath tub or a fixed area for shower. It only has a place separated by a curtain for showering. Nevertheless, overall the room and toilet are clean and no smell. The aircon is directly blowing to the double bed so it is not so comfortable. The bed is okay and i could sleep well. The message place located on the 2nd floor of the hotel is good. Price is very good and the place is clean and quiet. I will go to that message place next time.
I requested the Receptionist to make a local phone call to a restaurant for table booking, she said it is the hotel policy that she has to charge me Baht 7. I think this is ridiculous as i am the hotel guest. This upset me so I don't think i will stay in this hotel the next time.

The staff was quite nice. They did a good job trying to keep the place up and looking after customer comfort. The A/C worked well too.
While it is hard to police these things all the time, there is an occasional bug.
